Design systems, product thinking, and craft

For over a decade, I’ve designed enterprise platforms, product experiences, and scalable design systems that help organizations bring clarity and consistency to complex digital ecosystems.

My work spans healthcare, e-commerce, and financial services, leading initiatives for organizations including Goldman Sachs, Walmart Marketplace, and Pfizer. Across these experiences, I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams to modernize platforms, improve usability, strengthen accessibility, and create systems that scale across large organizations.

Today, my focus is on evolving enterprise design systems that help teams work more efficiently and build more cohesive product experiences across web and mobile platforms. My background spans design systems, enterprise UX, interaction design, accessibility, and product strategy, with an emphasis on simplifying complexity and creating experiences that feel intuitive at scale.

I’m especially drawn to the balance between systems and craft: building frameworks that improve consistency without losing the human side of the experience.
